The Bonus Pools

Come on in, the water's fine! 6% of all product volume sold goes into the Bonus Pools. The three bonus pools are:

• 1% Sponsor Bonus: for the top recruiters every month. We call them "Super Stars". They participate in a pool of 1% of the company's international sales.
• 2% Incentive Pool: towards trips and other rewards
• 3% Top Leader Rewards Club: For Diamonds with one other Diamond in their downline. They participate in a pool of 3% of the company's international sales.
