- Measure, Weigh And Keep A Daily Food Diary.
Weigh and measure yourself before starting the LivFit
Liv SXinney LifeStyle. You want to keep a record of
your starting measurements and your weight. Make
sure you update your measurements and weight
weekly. Keep the Daily Food Diary that is in the back
of this planner. Write down every day what and when
you eat along with how much Liv SXinney and cRave you have taken with each meal. Make sure you are
eating 4-5 small balanced meals a day.
- Eat cRave And Drink Liv SXinney with Every Meal.
Drink Liv SXinney all day long. Make
sure the Liv SXinney is the first thing
that goes into your body every morning,
before you eat or drink anything else. Eat
the foods you love but in smaller portion
sizes. Try eating only half or a quarter
of your food, and leave the rest on your
plate. We recommend eating 5-6 small
balanced meals a day. When you want a
treat, eat a treat but make sure you take
cRave first along with drinking Liv SXinney and cut the treat in half.
- Eat Every 3 Hours.
This is very important. The first
two hours after you eat your body is
using the food for energy. You may begin
to feel hungry towards the end of the third hour,
and this is an indication that your body is using your
fat stores and converting them into energy. Choose
balanced meals but eat foods you love so that you
never feel like you are on a diet.
Expect about
1-2 pounds average weight loss per week by following
the Liv Style Lifestyle. If your weight comes
off more slowly, make sure you check your measurements.
