The Liv Style LifeStyle

It’s a lifestyle, not a diet.

Morning:

  1. Drink Liv SXinney before you eat or drink anything else
  2. Take Go before you eat breakfast.
  3. Eat breakfast. Eat what you like, just eat half of a normal serving. Include protein in this meal to boost your metabolism

Noon:
  1. Eat a packet of cRave as you start your lunch
  2. Continue to drink Liv SXinney water with your meal
  3. Eat lunch. Include protein, veggies or fruit and complex carbohydrate. Eat half of a normal serving



Snack:
  1. Eat three hours after lunch
  2. Supplement with cRave if you wish
  3. Continue to drink Liv SXinney

Dinner:
  1. Eat three hours after your snack
  2. Eat a packet of cRave as you start your dinner
  3. Continue to drink Liv SXinney
  4. Eat dinner. Include protein, veggies or fruit and complex carbohydrate
  5. Eat half of a normal serving

Evening Snack:
  1. Eat three hours after dinner, if you are hungry. Supplement with cRave if you wish
  2. Continue to drink Liv SXinney all evening
  3. Take 1-6 capsules of ClenzT if desired
  4. Take 1-4 capsules of BLoX for immune support
  5. Take Go right before bed, at least an hour after you last ate.

Eat, Drink, and be Merry
  1. Eat more during the first part of your day. This will get your metabolism going strong. Eat frequent, smaller meals
  2. Drink Liv SXinney all day long. Figure about 1/2 oz. of Liv SXinney in water per pound of body weight
  3. Be Merry and move! Work your body through walking, weight lifting, or more strenuous exercise. Keep a positive attitude about your life and your goals
