What to Expect
Liv SXinney:
To determine how much Liv SXinney: you
should drink, take half of your weight, and that is the number
of ounces you should drink every day. Some people experience
symptoms of detoxification when they first begin the
products. You may feel sick or get headaches the first week.
It is good news. Your body is getting healthier and cleaner.
Detox:
Make sure you increase your water intake if you feel
the symptoms of detoxification (headache, body aches,
sick stomach) but do not stop taking the products. The
products will help detox the kidneys and liver.
Take the ClenzT every night before bed. You can open 4-6
capsules in warm water and drink like a tea or you can swallow
them with water. This is a mild cleanse. You can take ClenzT
for the first 7 days you are on the products or as desired.

There are a thousand ways you can take cRave.
Here are a few of our favorite ways:

- Are you moving? And we mean that in two ways. Are you eliminating at least once, if not more, times a day? If not, increase you dosage of ClenzT. And are you moving your body? If you haven't begun some kind of exercise program, start now. Even if it just means walking more, you need to start moving. If you are exercising, is it time to up the intensity or the time or do some cross-training?
