The Liv Style LifeStyle
How to take your measurements
Measuring yourself is a vital part of the Liv Style
LifeStyle. The scale tracks one form of progress, but the
measuring tape is your best friend.
- Bust: Don’t squish yourself -- measure all the way
around your bust and back right at your nipple line.
- Chest: Measure under your breasts as high up as you
can go, keeping the tape measure straight as you reach
it around your back.
- Waist: Measure
wherever it is
the smallest (if you
have “no waist” go
around yourself
right at the navel line).
- Hips: Measure at
the very biggest part
-- even if that is so low
that you are almost on the top of your thighs.
- Midway: Measure midway between the very biggest
part of your hips and your waist.
- Thighs: Measure wherever they are the biggest.
- Upper arm: Measure wherever they are biggest above
your elbows.
- Neck: Measure around your neck at the middle.
Tips:
It is good to have someone assist you in taking your measurements.
Keep the length of the measuring tape perfectly
parallel to the floor at all times. Pull the tape snug,
but not so tight that it squeezes your body. Measure in
the same place each time.
A Note about Weight Loss:
Everyone’s body loses weight differently. If you weigh
everyday please be aware that hormones, water intake,
and other factors may affect your weight on a daily basis.
However, if you note a general trend towards losing, then
you can be assured that the products are working for you.
Please do not be discouraged if your weight loss isn’t as
rapid as others. Take your measurements, be conscious of
what you eat, use the products, and you will have success.
